Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation at Colonia del Rey RV Park, just 8 miles from the beautiful beaches of North Padre Island. Close to military facilities and local attractions, you'll also find Wal-Mart, HEB Grocery Store, a post office, and a library just minutes away.


Every site includes full hookups — water, sewer, electricity, cable, and basic Wi-Fi. Choose from Premium concrete pad sites or Standard grass and gravel sites, both with picnic tables. We also welcome groups and rallies.

Saltwater Swimming Pool

Cool off and unwind in our sparkling saltwater pool, complete with lounge chairs for soaking up that South Texas sunshine.

On-Site Laundry

Clean, convenient laundry room with large washers and dryers. Pay with coins or easy-to-use app—perfect for everyday loads or bulky items.

Private Individual Restroom & Shower Suites

Spotlessly clean restrooms and private showers available, with plenty of hot water for a refreshing experience.

Colonia del Rey Activities

Colonia del Rey features a full set of activities organized by our staff Activities Director during the Winter season. Within the RV park, we have the all time favorite game night with poker, cribbage, hand & foot, and bridge tournaments. You can find a “Texas Hold ‘Em” Tournament almost every week or try your hand at bingo. We also have a number of different ways of playing dominos. Let us spoil you with countless things to do.

Local Activities

Outside of Colonia del Rey RV Park, activities include walks along the beach on The Padre Island National Seashore or visit some of our main attractions such as the USS Lexington, The Texas State Aquarium, deep sea & Bay fishing, Whataburger Field, home of the Corpus Christi Hooks, Museums, The Americanbank Center and the Botanical Gardens.
